Billing Questions and Concerns
Where do I get started?
Please call the office for an appointment or go to the client portal page to request an appointment online. Once an appointment is made, you will receive a client portal password to access paperwork and necessary documents that will need to be completed prior to the intake session. Please remember to bring your insurance cards with you to the session.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept most major insurance companies, credit cards, cash, and personal check. When making an appointment, please have your insurance information handy so that it can be on file from the beginning to ensure proper reimbursement.
*Please note that co-pays are due at the time of each session.
What do I need to do to move or cancel an appointment?
Life happens and at times schedules need to change. There is, however, a 24-hour cancellation policy. If something were to come up and you can’t make it to your appointment, please use the client portal for the most convenient way to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice of your appointment, you will be charged half of your session fee. Subsequent missed appointments will be charged in full. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointments so you will be responsible for paying the fee.
*If you miss two appointments without contact, you will not be able to make further sessions until your balance is paid in full.
